SWPPP Stormwater Inspection Log

Walk a construction site the way a qualified inspector does: every discharge point observed and described, perimeter controls, inlet protection, stabilisation, basins, washout and material storage, then deficiencies photographed with a corrective action, an owner and a deadline. Inspection frequency, the rainfall depth that triggers an inspection and the correction window are entered from your own permit. Everything stays on your device.

Frequently asked

Is this my permit's inspection report?

It is a record-keeping aid, not a submission and not a compliance determination. Many authorities mandate their own form or electronic reporting system — use theirs, and use this to capture the walk.

Why doesn't it list my inspection frequency or rain trigger?

Those come from your construction general permit and your state or local authority, which may be stricter, and they change. You enter them and the report records them alongside the rainfall you measured.
