Pesticide / Chemical Application Log
Capture an application while you are still at the site: product and EPA registration number, rate and total used, area treated, method and equipment, wind and weather at the time, notification and posting, plus the restricted-entry and pre-harvest intervals read off the label in your hand. Nothing is prefilled, because the label is the law and it changes between product versions. Prints as the record your operation has to be able to produce.

Frequently asked
Does this satisfy my state's record requirement?
It is a record-keeping aid, not a filing and not a determination that an application was lawful. Which fields your state requires — and how soon after application they must be written down — varies by state, category and whether the product is restricted-use. Confirm your state's list and use its own form or system where one is mandated.
Why doesn't it fill in the REI or the rate?
Because they come from the label on the container you are using, and from any supplemental labelling. A stale interval printed by software that looks authoritative is more dangerous than a blank field, so you enter what the label says and the log carries it.
