Allergen Information Record
Per dish: the allergens you declare present, and — the reason this tool exists — the source for each declaration and the date it was last verified. It lists no allergens, derives nothing from an ingredient, and never states that anything is free from anything. Accuracy is entirely yours. Formulations change without notice, a supplier substitution can change a dish silently, and the only defence is a record that says where each claim came from and when it was last checked. The discipline is the product; the declaration is yours.

Frequently asked
Why doesn't it list the allergens for me?
Because the moment it printed a list, that list would be treated as authoritative — and allergen requirements differ by jurisdiction while ingredients change without notice. Your suppliers' specifications and the actual labels are the only correct source.
Can it work out what's in a dish from the ingredients?
No, and it would be dangerous if it tried. A tool cannot see the product on your shelf or the note from your supplier about a reformulation.
What about 'may contain'?
That is your judgement about your kitchen and your processes. The record captures the judgement you made and when; it does not make it.
