Rate Comparison (Side by Side)
Put two financing offers next to each other and compare what they actually cost. Enter the amount financed, then the rate, term in months, and fees for each option — it returns each monthly payment, each total cost over the full term including fees, the difference between them, and which one is cheaper overall. A lower payment on a longer term very often costs more in total; this shows it in dollars.

Frequently asked
Why can the cheaper monthly payment cost more?
Because a longer term spreads the same principal over more months of interest. The payment falls, the total rises. Compare the total cost line, not the payment line.
Is this financial advice?
No. It compares the payment maths of two offers you type in. It does not rank lenders, does not know about prepayment penalties or rate locks, and does not recommend either option.
What is NOT included?
Taxes, insurance, and any fee you do not enter. Put every origination, doc, and dealer fee into the fees box for each option or the comparison is not fair.
