What does grouping do?
It splits the rows into a section per distinct value of the column you name, each with its own heading and row count — the usual 'by region' or 'by owner' breakdown.
Why is it plain text?
So it pastes anywhere without carrying formatting: an email, a ticket, a README, a printout. The CSV Chart tool covers the visual side.
