Sleep & Mood Log
Track sleep and how you felt in the same place: bed and wake times, your estimate of hours slept, night wakings, naps, and your own description of mood and energy, alongside medication, caffeine, alcohol and anything notable that day. Psychiatry, sleep and fatigue clinics routinely ask for a few weeks of this. Everything is in your own words — nothing is scored.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — export to CSV/JSON to back it up, print it, or bring it to an appointment.
Does this tell me if a reading is normal?
No. It is a logbook, not a medical device or an opinion. It records exactly what you entered so you can show your clinician a real history — what counts as normal for you is theirs to say.
Why is mood free text instead of a score?
Because a number strips out what makes the entry useful. 'Flat all morning, better after a walk' tells your clinician something a 4 out of 10 does not. Write it however you'd say it.
