Pedigree, Health-Test & Litter Records
For a small breeder who intends to be able to answer questions in ten years' time. One row per animal: call name and registered name, registry and registration number, sire and dam, date of birth, sex, colour and markings, microchip or tattoo, the health tests that were done with their results copied exactly as certified, the date and the certifying body, titles, the litter it came from, and where it went — placement, buyer, and the contract reference that goes with them. The two columns that do the quiet work are the certifying body and the litter reference. Results carry the weight of who issued them, so a result without its source is hard to stand behind later; and a litter reference is what lets you follow a line sideways when a buyer calls years afterwards about a sibling, which is exactly when good records earn their keep. Nothing about which tests are appropriate is assumed here, because that differs by breed and by country and gets revised — your breed club and your veterinarian are the source, and the test names are yours to enter. And this records; it does not judge. It does not interpret a result, does not calculate an inbreeding coefficient, and makes no breeding recommendation of any kind. It is the packet you hand a buyer, held in one place.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — these lists hold client payments, medical detail and buyer records, and none of that belongs on someone else's server. Export to CSV to back it up, to print it, or to move it to another device.
Does it work anything out or check anything for me?
No. It stores exactly what you type and nothing else. It subtracts no balance, checks no value against a rule, interprets no result, watches no date, sends no message, and does nothing while the tab is closed. Silence from this tool is not a verdict — it means nobody has looked. Where a judgement matters, the professional involved is the only place it comes from.
Why copy the result exactly instead of just writing pass or fail?
Because most health-test results are graded, not binary, and the grade is the information. A copied-out grade, score or certificate number can be checked against the issuing body by anyone you show it to; a pass written from memory cannot, and it quietly erases the difference between a borderline result and a clear one. Record the wording on the certificate, name who issued it, and let the buyer or the club draw their own conclusion.
