Grant Pipeline Tracker
The list that turns grant-seeking from a series of panics into a pipeline. Each row is one opportunity: the funder and program, the solicitation number, what you're asking for against the range the funder states, the deadline and the fiddly detail behind it — time zone, and whether the funder means received by or postmarked by, which is the distinction that quietly kills applications. Then the things you decide once and forget by the time you write: whether an LOI comes first, what match is required, whether indirect is allowed and at what rate, and the eligibility language copied from the funder's own notice rather than from memory. As it moves you record the stage, who is writing it, when it went in, when you heard, and — the column most organisations skip and later regret — the debrief. A declined application with the feedback written down is worth more next cycle than a won one with nothing recorded. Nothing here knows what grants exist or when anything is really due; every date and rule is copied in by you from the funder, because that is the only source that is ever current.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — a grant pipeline holds your strategy, your funder relationships and your unsuccessful attempts, and none of that belongs on someone else's server. Export to CSV to back it up, print it for a board meeting, or move it to another device.
Will it remind me before a deadline?
No, and it is important to be clear about that. This is a list you read, not a reminder service — it sends no alerts, shows no countdown and does nothing while the tab is closed. Put every deadline in whatever calendar actually interrupts you, and use this to hold the detail behind it.
Why record the ones we didn't win, or didn't pursue?
Because that is where the pattern lives. After a year the declines and the not-pursued rows tell you which funder types actually fit you, which deadlines you never manage to hit, and how much staff time went into work that had no chance — and that is the argument for pursuing fewer, better-matched grants next year. A pipeline of only the wins teaches nothing.
