Funder Relationship Log
Grants are awarded by people, and small organisations lose that history every time a staff member leaves. This is the record: who at each funder you've spoken to and in what capacity, when you last made contact and what kind, who from your side owns the relationship, any board or staff connection that already exists, what the funder has actually said their priorities are in their own words, and the next step with a date on it. Programme officers usually welcome a conversation before an application and often say plainly what they will and won't fund — but only the organisation that wrote it down still knows a year later. It records what you type and nothing more; it does not rate a relationship, score a funder or suggest who to contact.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — a grant pipeline holds your strategy, your funder relationships and your unsuccessful attempts, and none of that belongs on someone else's server. Export to CSV to back it up, print it for a board meeting, or move it to another device.
Will it remind me before a deadline?
No, and it is important to be clear about that. This is a list you read, not a reminder service — it sends no alerts, shows no countdown and does nothing while the tab is closed. Put every deadline in whatever calendar actually interrupts you, and use this to hold the detail behind it.
Isn't this just a contacts list?
The two columns that make it more are their stated priorities and the board connection. Together they answer the question that decides most asks — is there a reason this funder would take our call — and they survive the person who knew the answer moving on.
