Chronic Illness Flare Log
For autoimmune, inflammatory, pain and fatigue conditions: log each flare with its start and end, the symptoms involved, your own severity rating, what you think set it off, what helped, and — importantly — what it stopped you doing. Frequency, duration and functional impact are what specialists and disability assessors actually ask about, and this is the record of them.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — export to CSV/JSON to back it up, print it, or bring it to an appointment.
Does this tell me if a reading is normal?
No. It is a logbook, not a medical device or an opinion. It records exactly what you entered so you can show your clinician a real history — what counts as normal for you is theirs to say.
Why record what I couldn't do?
Functional impact is the part people most often forget to mention and the part clinicians and benefits assessors most need. 'Couldn't climb the stairs for four days' is concrete in a way 'it was bad' is not.
