Application Prefill
The reason this pack exists. Choose an application type — a federal application data worksheet, a foundation letter of inquiry, a full proposal, a general operating support request, or an interim or final report to a funder — and it fills every question it can from your organisation profile and your answer library, then hands you a numbered review checklist of exactly what is left. You read and judge instead of reading, retyping and then reading again. The rule it never breaks is that it does not invent anything: a fact you have not stored appears as a visible marker reading NEEDS YOU, never as a plausible-looking default. That matters more here than anywhere else in this suite, because grant applications carry certifications signed under penalty of perjury, and a confident wrong number is a false statement rather than a convenience. The federal option is a worksheet that maps to the official form so you can transcribe it into the real submission portal; it is not a copy of the form and does not pretend to be one.

Will it write my proposal for me?
No, and it would be a bad tool if it did. It moves facts you have already written into the right boxes and fits your own narrative to each funder's word limit. It generates no prose, invents no outcomes and makes up no numbers — every gap is marked for you to fill.
Is the federal worksheet the actual government form?
No. It is a worksheet covering the data elements a federal application collects, so you can gather and check everything in one place. You still submit through the official portal, and you should check every element against the current form, which is authoritative and does change.
What if a funder's application isn't one of the five?
Most of it still transfers, because the boilerplate is the same everywhere. Prefill the closest template, then copy the answers across — the answer library exists precisely so the same content serves any form.
