Independent Adjuster Time & Expense Billing
Record every dated time entry, travel leg, mileage line and receipt for a claim assignment, then print one clean invoice with the backup attached to it. Rates, mileage rates and expense rules are input fields you take from your own signed contract or fee schedule, because they are carrier-specific and a number printed on a form would get relied on. The checks catch block-billed lumps, missing receipts and anything already billed on a prior invoice.

Frequently asked
Why doesn't it fill in a mileage rate or an hourly rate?
Because those come from your contract, your IA firm's fee schedule or the carrier's guidelines, and they differ per assignment. You enter what you are actually billing under, so the invoice is accurate rather than plausible.
Is this an accounting or legal document?
No. It organises and documents your time and expenses for billing; it is not legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not decide whether a carrier owes you the amount.
